3. Delivery Policy
In compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15/2020 on Consumer Protection, we clearly define our delivery terms as follows:
3.1 Digital Deliverables
Design source files, website login credentials, and photography galleries will be delivered via secure cloud links (e.g., Google Drive) or sent directly to the client’s registered email address.
3.2 Physical Products (Fashion & Artwork)
- Local Delivery (Dubai): We offer courier delivery or scheduled pick-up from our office at Citadel Tower, Business Bay.
- Free Delivery Policy: Free doorstep delivery is available for orders within Dubai city limits that meet the minimum order value (as specified in the service contract).
- Delivery Timeline: Delivery dates are estimates provided at the project initiation. Aseel Branding is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or delays in client approvals.
4. Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
4.1 Cancellations
- If a project is cancelled after the deposit is paid but before any work has commenced, the client may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative processing fees.
- If the project has already commenced (e.g., design drafts delivered, photo shoot completed), the paid service fees are non-refundable.
4.2 Returns & Exchanges
- Service-Based Work: Since design, photography, and website development are intangible and time-based, standard “returns” do not apply.
- Fashion & Custom Artwork: Bespoke garments or personalized artworks are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the approved design brief.
- Revision Period: A specific number of revision rounds are defined in your project contract to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
5. Warranty Policy
5.1 Digital Services (Website Design)
We provide a 30-day post-launch support warranty (from the go-live date) to fix any technical bugs or glitches. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins, server environments, or client-side modifications.
5.2 Photography & Artwork
We warrant that all delivered files meet the agreed professional standards and are provided in high resolution. Any technical issues with file access must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
5.3 Fashion Design
We guarantee the quality of craftsmanship. If a garment suffers from a structural defect (e.g., stitching flaws, zipper malfunctions) within 14 days of delivery, we will provide complimentary repair services (excluding wear and tear caused by the client).

Legal Compliance
This policy is established in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and Article 7 of the UAE Consumer Protection Law, which prohibits the misuse of consumer data for unauthorized marketing purposes.
