1. Return and Exchange Policy

Because your services involve bespoke (custom) creative work, standard “returns” do not apply as they would for physical retail.

  • Service-Based Work: Since design, photography, and website services are intangible and time-based, they are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Fashion & Design: Custom garments or personalized artworks are non-returnable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the approved design brief.
  • Revision Period: We offer a specific number of “Revision Rounds” (as defined in your project contract) to ensure the final output meets your expectations.
  • Cancellations: Projects cancelled after the initial deposit but before work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

2. Warranty Policy

  • Digital Services: We provide a 30-day post-launch support warranty for Website Design to fix any bugs or technical glitches. This does not cover issues caused by third-party plugins or client-side edits.
  • Photography/Artwork: We warrant that all files provided are high-resolution and meet the professional standards agreed upon. Any technical issues with file access must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Fashion Design: We warrant the quality of craftsmanship. If a garment suffers from a structural defect (stitching, zippers) within 14 days of delivery, we will provide a complimentary repair.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Digital Delivery: Design assets, website credentials, and photography galleries will be delivered via secure cloud links (e.g., WeTransfer, Google Drive) or email.
  • Fashion & Physical Artwork: * Local (Dubai): We offer courier delivery or scheduled pickup at our office in Citadel Tower, Business Bay.
    • Timeline: Delivery dates are estimates provided at the start of the project. Aseel Branding is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or delayed client approvals.
  • Event Photography: Final edited images are typically delivered within [X] working days following the event date.

4. Website Policy (Terms of Use)

  • Intellectual Property: All preliminary sketches, draft designs, and unedited photos remain the property of Aseel Branding Service until the final balance is paid in full. Upon final payment, the “usage rights” or “ownership” transfer to the client as per the contract.
  • Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information, high-quality reference materials, and timely feedback.
  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (via aseelbranding@gmail.com or contact forms) will be used solely for project communication and will not be sold to third parties.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Dubai Development Authority (DDA).

Comments
